Baking perfection in the Dutch Oven

Spanakopita (spinach and feta), possibly the best pastry on earth? We put our Dutch Oven to the ultimate test here and cooked a filo pastry swirl with a pretty moist filling. If there's any test of a Dutch Oven's baking potential it's this. When we say "cook anything, anywhere", we really mean it!
